The Noctua NF-P12 PWM is equipped with the specially designed NE-FD1 chip for fully automatic control and lower power consumption. The renowned SSO bearing contributes to a very long running time and makes the NF-P12 PWM a proven premium solution for the highest demands. It was specially developed for pressure-sensitive applications such as CPU coolers, water-cooling radiators or housings with narrow fan grilles and has excellent static pressure and excellent flow rates. Vortex-Control Notches split turbulence at the trailing edge of the fan blades into multiple particulate streams, spreading the noise emissions over a broader frequency spectrum. This makes the running noise of the NF-P12 PWM more pleasant to the human ear. While the 20 cm primary cable helps to avoid cable clutter in typical applications, the included 30 cm extension offers extra reach. Both cables are fully sheathed and a 4-pin Y-cable makes it possible to control a second PWM fan on the same connection. The NF-P12 PWM comes with a Low-Noise Adapter (LNA) that reduces the maximum speed to 900 rpm.
