3 easy steps to return goods:

1️⃣ Email us at [email protected] with the order number and the items you want to return!

2️⃣ We will send you the OMNIVA or DPD courier RETURN link, or you can delivery the good by yourself to our client center at Maskavas 240, Riga!

3️⃣ You send the goods and get  your money back within 3-5 working days! Service fee from 3.09€.


Additional information

If the product does not suit the Customer or does not meet his requirements, the Customer has the right to return it within 14 days from the moment of receiving the product.


ReShop.pro IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• product damage caused by the customer's fault or as a result of improper use;

• defects caused by improper use of the product;

• for natural physical damage caused by the use of the product;


RETURN CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE:

• the returned product must be in its original, neat packaging; 

• the buyer must not damage the product;

• the product must not be used, have lost its original appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc.);

• the returned item must be in the same package as it was when the Buyer received it; 


DO NOT RETURN:

•  Underwear, perfumes and cosmetic products, socks, products from the "adult" section, masks, and all products with signs of use.
