We designed the iMac to have as little impact on the natural environment as possible. The virgin wood fibers in its packaging were obtained entirely from responsibly managed forests. The aluminum from which the stand is made is 100% recycled material. The rare earth elements in the speaker magnets, fan motor and power connectors are also exclusively recycled. We have also made a commitment to use 100 percent electricity from renewable sources in the entire supply chain by 2030.
