Cinnamon Leaf Essential Oil

Properties:
It has a disinfecting and bacteriostatic effect, improves microcirculation, softens and smoothes the skin, improves skin tone, strengthens, improves skin tension and condition, improves the overall appearance of the skin, has a calming effect.
Cinnamon oil is antiseptic, bactericidal, diaphoretic, warming, antiviral, antispasmodic and antifungal.

Aroma: woody, deep, forest
Combines well with: basil, clove, lavender, grapefruit, frankincense, rosemary, thyme.

HOW TO USE:
Bath - fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils. 6-12 drops of oil are used for one bath.
Massage - selected essential oils are added to the basic oil intended for massage. Pour about 50 ml of essential oil into a glass bowl or bottle, add 10-25 drops of essential oil and mix. Store the mixture in a tightly closed dark glass bottle in a cool and dark place. Shake the bottle before each use. For one teaspoon (5ml) of essential oil, usually 2-3 drops of essential oils are given.
Spraying - fill the water container in the aromatic fireplace or diffuser with water and add 3 to 6 drops of essential oil.
Sauna - 5 drops of essential oil in 1 liter of water.

– do not use for hypertension: thyme
– do not use for epilepsy: rosemary, fennel
– do not use internally (do not drink)
