Picht Essential Oil (Abies sibirica - fir)

Properties:
For beauty: Improves microcirculation, strengthens blood vessels, has an antiseptic and disinfecting effect, improves skin condition, improves the overall appearance of the skin, relaxes, refreshes, invigorates, deodorizes, tones, perfectly nourishes.
For health: Recommended for flu, colds, bronchitis, catarrh, asthma, sinusitis, cough, low blood pressure, psoriasis, scabies, facilitates breathing and cleanses the sinuses, regulates excessive sweating and stimulates poor blood circulation, removes fatigue and nervous exhaustion.

Aroma : balsamic, sweet, fresh.
It combines well with: basil, bergamot, cedar, cypress, rosemary, pine.

HOW TO USE:
Bath - fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils (previously mixed with the base oil). For one bath, 6-12 drops of oil mixed in one tablespoon (10 ml) of basic oil are used.
Massage - selected essential oils are added to the basic oil intended for massage. Pour about 50 ml of essential oil into a glass bowl or bottle, add 10-25 drops of essential oil and mix.
Store the mixture in a tightly closed dark glass bottle in a cool and dark place.
Shake the bottle before each use.
For one teaspoon (5ml) of essential oil, usually 2-3 drops of essential oils are given.
Spraying - fill the water container in the aromatic fireplace or diffuser with water and add 3 to 6 drops of essential oil.
Sauna - 5 drops of essential oil in 1 liter of water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR USE OF OILS:
– do not use in the first months of pregnancy: peppermint, thyme
– do not use during pregnancy: cedar, myrrh, cypress, fennel, juniper, marjoram, rosemary, sage (acts on contractions)
– do not use for hypertension: thyme
– do not use for epilepsy: rosemary, fennel
– do not use internally (do not drink)
