Use:
Clean your nose thoroughly, then wet it with water and dry your hands.
Take the patch out of the package and remove the clear film.
Place the patch with the smooth side on the moistened nose and press it against the skin. If the patch does not stick firmly to the nose, moisten the top of it with water.
Wait 10-15 minutes.
After the patch dries, gently stick it starting from the edges of the nose. Wash off any active carbon residues with water.
