The reliable motion detector with twilight sensor - outside (HmIP-SMO-2) with a weatherproof housing and extra-long battery life monitors the outside area and switches on the light or reports an alarm when motion is detected. Due to the flexible and compact housing design, the sensor can be individually adapted to local conditions. The powerful lens with a detection range of up to 12 m detects movements immediately and thus ensures reliable and intelligent surveillance of the outdoor area. The desired area is precisely recorded by the swiveling and 360° rotatable sensor. The integrated twilight sensor also enables the lighting to be switched on precisely in the dark or at dusk. Even on cloudy days, the sensor can differentiate the brightness precisely. Brief fluctuations in brightness are automatically filtered out. The Homematic IP app provides an up-to-date overview of the smart home for a secure feeling when you are on the go. If motion is detected in the activated protection mode, a push message is immediately sent to the smartphone and an alarm is displayed via the app.
