The fischer PowerFast II FPF II CTF BC 4.0x25 is an electrogalvanised, blue passivated screw with a full thread and TX 20 drive. The electrogalvanisation does not contain any chrome VI parts and is therefore very environmentally friendly. Full-thread screws are recommended for fastening thin components and in less solid wood materials (e.g. softwood). The screw with countersunk head can be countersunk in the wood flush with the surface. The PowerFast II with high-performance wax coating reduces the screwing torque and also allows screwing close to the edge without any problems. The chipboard screw has a significantly reduced gap behavior compared to other commercially available screws. The PowerFast II chipboard screw is suitable for fastening load-bearing components in solid wood, glued laminated timber, wood-based panels and for wood connections or connections of metal parts to wood, such as metal fittings, brackets, joist hangers and other metal and wood connections.
