The fischer injection mortar FIS V Zero 300 T is based on an innovative and special recipe, it offers maximum safety for people and nature. The injection mortar meets the highest occupational health and safety requirements and is classified as "label-free" according to the Ordinance on Hazardous Substances. It is free of dibenzoyl peroxide, which is classified as environmentally hazardous, sensitizing and eye-irritating, and thus enables safe processing for its users. Thanks to the innovative recipe and ingredients, the cartridge can be disposed of with normal residual waste and avoids expensive hazardous waste. The FIS V Zero is approved for fastenings in cracked and non-cracked concrete, masonry and for subsequent reinforcement connections. Special applications, such as anchoring in water-filled boreholes and installation at temperatures from -10 to 40°C, are also regulated in the approval. Therefore, the injection mortar FIS V Zero 300 T offers maximum flexibility under all weather conditions. The mortar fully bonds the fastener to the borehole wall and seals the borehole. Resin and hardener are stored in two separate chambers and are only mixed and activated when pressed out in the static mixer. The injection cartridges can be processed quickly and easily with the fischer dispensers, but they can also be processed without special tools using stable, commercially available silicone dispenser guns. The opened cartridges can be reused by changing the static mixer.
